Great Hadham Golf & Country Club has a membership in excess of 1000 golfers and an additional membership for its Health Club.
A confident and outgoing person is now required to undertake the role of Food & Beverage Services Manager.
This opportunity will allow you to build and motivate the bar and catering staff by demonstarting a "hands-on" attitude to work. With previous similar experience, you will arrange staff rotas according to the demands of the business keeping within budgeted guidelines. You will be responsible for the ordering all wet and dry stocks, liasing closely with the Chef. You will also participate in regular stocktakes, be responsible for cellar management and all aspects of health, safety and hygiene within your department. You will have an eye for detail and the aptitude to offer good customer service at all times. Function management will be a key part of this role and you will be the main contact for weddings, parties and other events from the initial booking through to management of the event itself.
An attractive negotiable package is available to candidates demonstrating a good track record in a similar role.
